ORDERS
- You will receive an email with all the relevant information, such as the order number, so you can track it.
- When the product is shipped, GLS will contact you and notify you by email that your order has been sent.
- Check your spam or junk folder, sometimes emails can be filtered there.
- Verify that the payment was made correctly and that the email address you provided is accurate.
- If you still don't receive the confirmation after this, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance as soon as possible.
If you find an error in your order, contact us immediately and we will try to find the best solution.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Products purchased online are eligible for a refund if they meet the return conditions.
- Purchases made at our physical store are not eligible for a refund, but we do offer size or model exchanges, or the option of a store credit voucher valid for one year.
For online purchase exchanges or returns, please contact us via the website or by email at patucosmarta@hotmail.com, indicating your order number and reason. We will send you instructions for the return.
Shipping for exchanges or returns is at the customer's expense, except in cases of defective products or order errors, where we cover the cost.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1 business day. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
