Shipping within Spain

1. Standard shipping by ordinary mail

• Delivery time: 2-5 business days
• Cost: €3.90
• Free for orders over €50
• No order tracking

2. Express shipping via GLS

• Delivery time: 1-3 business days
• Cost: €6.90
• Order tracking available

3. In-store pickup

• Available at our physical store in Patucos, c/ Diego de León 30, 28001, Madrid
• Preparation time: 1 business day
• No additional cost

4. Standard European Union Shipping

• Delivery time: 4-10 business days
• Cost: €9.90

5. Express European Union Shipping

• Delivery time: 2-7 business days
• Cost: €14.90

International Shipping

II. Order Information and Tracking

Once you complete your order, you will receive an email with all relevant information, such as the order number, so you can track it. From that moment, orders are prepared within a maximum of 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin to be prepared on the next business day.

III. Order Shipment

At the time of product shipment, GLS will contact you and notify you by email that your order has been dispatched, and they will send you all the information needed to track your order.
