At Patucos Moda Infantil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the order you received or the purchase you made in the store does not meet your expectations, we offer you the option to make an exchange or return.
I. Conditions for Exchanges and Returns
- Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
- The product must be in its original condition and in perfect state: unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Returns of the following items are not accepted for hygiene reasons: underwear and accessories.
- All purchases made in our physical store will not be eligible for a refund. However, we offer the option to exchange for a different size or model to ensure your complete satisfaction with the purchase. Additionally, to provide maximum flexibility, we will issue a voucher for the value of your original purchase, with an expiration date of one year.
II. How to Request an Exchange or Return
In-store purchases
- Products purchased in the store must be exchanged or returned physically at the store itself.
Online purchases
- For products purchased online, an exchange or return must be requested through the website or by writing an email to patucosmarta@hotmail.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the exchange or return. Patucos will send you instructions on how to return the item.
- The item must be sent by the customer to the following address:

28001 Madrid (Spain) - The cost of shipping for the exchange or return is borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors in the order.
III. Refund
- Once the item is received, it will be inspected by Patucos Moda Infantil staff to assess its good condition. If said assessment determines that the item is not in proper condition, the return will not be accepted.
- Once the garment is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1 business day.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
